Design Custom Page in BiGcommerce Store

Using API’s which the BigCommerce store offers we need a customized page which we will have complete control over the design layout. The basic concept is to display a list of products under a brand name in a more creative manner (Sample in the attached file) which will help in conversions and most importantly should be connected to the Bigcommerce store such details as the price should be dynamic such as when the price changes at the back-end of BigCommerce store it should also reflect on the customized page and each of the product on the custom page will be linked to it’s Bigcommerce store product page.
If this can be done within the BigCommerce Store using the “Create Webpage Option” that would be perfect, however if this is not possible then we are open to an alternate solution.
An alternate solution could be hosting the files (php, css, html) on a external server and these files will be called from the BigCommerce store using iframes.
