Design a Wordpress Website

Budget: $200 I'd like a wordpress site designed similar to how these files lay it out, but open to creative and different layouts. Experts only, amateurs need not apply. Being able to skype is a plus and would love to help you make it easier in any way possible. Will video instructions, skype, and provide outlines of how I'd like it and help in any way I can. I'd like you to provide me with 2 proposal examples based on the example provided below and then I will give you the job based on your work.
