Design and create school website

We need you to design a fresh new and visually compelling school web site. It should be ultra fast with clean lines and a fresh new 2012 look and feel. The site will initially be used primarily for marketing a school, providing school attributes and information, with the ability for prospective parents to register with the school for more information, book tours and apply for admission online. Menu system will have roughly 6-8 menus and an average of 5 submenu selections going to different pages. Website will be extended by the owner later on with additional features including web forms, wikis etc. however, we need the base website design to include links to log into secure sections (administration, teacher, student, parent logins) and be designed with a thought to what the fully functioning web site will evolve into within 1, 2 to 3 years time (i.e. the website needs to support future growth). Logo will be designed separately so please do not include that in the bid Site should be secure and SEO optimized and use HTML, PHP, MySQL (preferably mobile device friendly i.e. no flash) Maintenance: Easy to extend and updatable by owner Payments in 2 milestones Please respond with your proposal and ideas and provide samples of your work and any other relevant information.
