Develop this demo into a Full Site - repost 2

I need to make this demo: [login to view URL] into a full site (Wordpress or similar) with an easy to update back end site CMS, full W3S clean code, fast loading, Responsive, kick ass site!!!!!!!! It needs to include includes the following: The front page image needs to change (like a slide show but fade out) between at least 4 different images while still working as a menu Design improvements (Fonts, search position etc) Excellent Navigation Site map Responsive Media (pictures , text and video) Interactive elements (e.g. ‘Facebook share’ 'Comment’ Social sharing) The integration of Abobe Forms Database [login to view URL] so users who log in on the front end can access the database. Events Calendar with registration option Gallery Search option of database and site As experienced site developer know so expect at least one unexpected addition! This site is URGENT so speed is needed. Can you do more than just whats asked to create something special? NO demanding money until we are happy with the site, but tips can be expected in reward for excellent work! :-) Please do not PM loads of links but explain how you with create the site and your timescale with a COUPLE of examples. I really don't have time to check all links. Urgent so lets roll! :-)
