business adverts & classified wesite needing created,

i currently own a domain called North down business listings, I would like a business directory created from a template with a classified option for people to upload products onto. i have a few sites i would like to take ideas from like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] this site needs to be easily managed or possibly i will employ on an hourly rate so if i need work done i can then ask you to help me out with this. site needs to have directory for all listings, advertising space for paid adverts etc and classifieds would be free listings unless paid for upgraded listings, These templates are all over the place and i would like a low budget quote please. Please i dont want to offend if your bid is too high, this is a project that will not see a return for maybe 2 years hence low budget. I would like a price per hour for any additional work i require and a price total to get the site created and onto my domain, i need this as easily admin as possible so please take this into consderation. i look forward to your quotes.
