NOTE: This is a simple project. Need to build a mortgage website with only a few pages. Have a special section ([login to view URL]) where owner can UPDATE the page to show new promotions. (This can be a wordpress Page or a POST) - or link the ..../promotions to a certain POST. The Post can be edited. Simple design or mortgage theme design. Incorporate simple pics and logo on page. Must have a Resource (Blog) section. Contact forms. (Details to be given) --> send to email. And There is also an Partner Login area. [login to view URL] at this page, there is an entry box where partner will have to enter their access code. This access code is 6 characters. first 3 characters is alphanumeric and the second 3 characters is numeric. Anybody keying in wrongly will be denied sending the rest of the form There are 3 forms here. Form 1, Form 1A and Form 1B (Format to be given). This is to be emailed to owner. So here is the layout. MAIN PAGE TABS --> About us TABS --> Contact us (A contact form) TABS --> Blog (user can write their own blogs) TABS --> Promotions (All on main page) TABS --> PARTNERS (Direct partners to i.e. [login to view URL]) - After they enter their Partner code, they will be able to fill up one of the 3 forms (Form 1, Form 1A or Form 1B) You will provide a simple design and layout. (using templates with min customization is acceptable) Logos will be given, pictures will be given for you to upload.
