I am looking to create a web service that allows users to create accounts and engage in formal, round-based, tournament style debates. There are a few web-services already out there that provide this kind of social media community. Please take a look at [login to view URL] for an idea of what I'm looking for. Unlike the other debate service, I am looking to focus entirely on debates and forums. The other sites also offer opinion sections, polls, wikis, etc. I'm looking for a more focused and streamlined version. I don't need graphic design support, just a functional php skeleton for the website. It will run on a GoDaddy hosted domain using MySQL. Work can begin immediately. I have a fixed price cap of 350.00. Let's see what we can get done at that price range. If more fund become available, I will certainly rehire the same programmer for add-on projects down the road.
