CRE loaded store: Problem with customer order (After Installation of 2checkout)

I recently had 2checkout integrated on my CRE laoded site. (From Paypal pro). The problem is that some of the orders are coming through 2checkout, but leaving no record of the transaction in the store. I get the receipt of purchase from 2 checkout (so does the customer), but i have no order record in the admin. I have contacted the customers, and they can see the order in the order history (after they lof in the site), but i cannott. I usually receive notification email of any new order plus a record in the admin area, and i have not done so on 2 of the 4 orders since installation. I am puzzled and hoping for an expert who can 1) retrive the missing orders for me 2) fix the Integration problem THe previous job was: [login to view URL]
