Adding Preloader and Watermark to Flash Games(repost)

Hi, we need an application (like on <[url removed, login to view]>), the program should basically do;
1. ask for files to import, these files are swf files that should be processed.
2. add preloader and watermark to those files and export as new swf files to an output folder.
Detailed features:
* output folder can be selected
* swf preloader is simply a splash type advertisement and it's duration can be adjusted.
* watermark is a logo and linked to our gaming site. it has a mouse hover effect.
