Based on an Excel File -> generate another Excel file (.XLS)

Hi, I'd like an application that would take as input an excel file (.XLS NOT .CSV !!) and based on that initial file, generate another file. The initial file will have more Sheets and more columns. The sheet will be a campaign in the output and the column names would be groups. The application will go through all the campaigns and groups and generate the new file. Attached is a demo of an input file and output file. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. It should be easy to understand how it was generated. Please bid correctly because this should take only a couple of hours for the right person. If you could provide a working demo (you can mark it as demo with message box that I would see all the time or generate for the first 3 campaigns, etc) I would award the project immediately!
