Betfair cricket odds monitoring

Betfair bot for cricket betting that does the following: 1) Monitors and Stores Odds, using a webscrape rather than the betfair API. Will need to be able to do several markets simultaneously. 2) Auto bet in events (user selected) under specific circumstances(odd-ammount-event). 3) Auto bet based on events detected by a webscrape of live cricket commentry website (cricinfo) (ie fall of wicket) 4) Reports(profit-loss , daily-weekly-monthly) 5)Windows GUI(to work in a windows application-you choose) 6) Export to Excel/text file of reports, historical odds etc 7) Allow 'virtual betting' so that betting rules can be tested without risking money initially. The software is only intented to be used on cricket betting... I'm interested in somebody that can develop a Betfair odds monitoring software. Combined with auto-betting routines , this software should work in Windows XP OS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
