Budget System

The goal, is to make easier our life, administering bills.

The system should work with different events.

So the information will be added with codes, amounts and addititonal comments.

Codes:

-Year (automatically selected by current date, but it is changeable)

XX (last 2 Digits)

-Event codes (I want to add/remove/change them!)

XX (2 numbers)

-Category code (I want to add/remove/change them!)

XXX (max 3 chars.)

The information should be stored, and on request report should be printed according to the attached file.

report is done by events.

The excel file:

"05" in the second line is the year

"76" in the second line is event code

"Szarvaska" in the third line is the event name, which is defined with the event code

Windows needed:

Add bill

Edit bill

remove bill

put bill from one event to another event

Add/edit/change events (code and name and dates of the event)

The calculations should be in USD and HUF.

Exchange rate should be defined by event.

Report printing by event.

It should contain a table like the attached file plus the date of printing.

Any additional ideas are welcome.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
