Character Design

Purpose is to create a 3d mold for a lamp in the iges or stp file format. the 3d mold will consist of 7 parts. Base, character, pole, lamp shade, light source, on/off switch, electrical cable. The base should be 6 inches in diameter and one inch thick. The character should be a frank sintra type character looking at his pocket watch while the right hand is holding the pole, which looks like an umbrella base. The pole should go up 3 feet from the base. The umbrella which is the lamp shade is going to start six inches from the top of the characters head. Which makes the lamp shade 1 1/2 feet in length. The lamp shade should be concave and be 9 inches. the top of the lamp shade should be the on/off switch that you turn on an off. Character should look like a frank sinatra type with his right hand holding the lamp shade and the other hand holding a pocket watch. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 3d program: iges or stp file format
