Collection of pretty software icons

I'd like to make my cyber cafe software look more more beautiful and professional, so I'll need a large set of icons for menus, buttons and tabs. I'm looking for a talented graphician who has experience with software icon design and doesn't charge me a fortune. The icons must have fresh, modern look for example similar to Windows XP style. Most icons I need are pretty small (16x16), but sometimes I may need a larger size (32x32). Please include a few sample icons that you can create when bidding and write how much time would you require for the job. I include a rather complate list of items that require icons. I marked with * more important ones (around 140). Some items may have the same icons, some may be ommited, a few may require disabled or selected version. We can always discuss the details.

_The icons mustn't infringe any license or copyright! The graphician should take full responsibility for this aspect and state that all the icons are his own work or ownership. I don't want any legal problems when I usethe icons in my software._

When biddding please put the price for aprox. 140 icons or quote price per icon. Also let me know how long would the project aproximately take you.

The icons should be **256 color** so that they're compatible with all versions of Windows. However please also include **true color** version for Windows XP since I guess it's not a problem to convert it.

If this project is successful I'll also be interested in continuing cooperation with the chosen graphician to design software box, logo, software skin and maybe even redesign website.

## Deliverables

1) A set of icons in three dimensions (48X48, 32X32 and 16X16) in ICO format and possibly also GIF/PNG/AI and possibly in two versions: true color and 256 color. 2) The icons mustn't infrige any license or copyright, so that I can use them in my software without any extra or runtime fees.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
