This report is based on on the financial accounting of a project similar to Eurotunnel. I have submitted the first part, and this will be the second, based on the first one. We need to provide an assessment of hte uncertainty and risk which surrounds the Project. Risk identification should adopt a PEST classification and subsequent analysis of economic factors must be subject to Monte Carlo simulation (and discuss the implications arising from the analysis). ## Deliverables 1) Complete project by Monday the 6th of January 2003, United Kingtom time: 12.00 noon. 2) You will need to provide me with references, the Harvard System, and these should be at least 4. 3) The report will have an Introduction of the first Assignement, the Main Subject, a conclusion, Appendices (that will need to be in Acrobat Reader or in Word format), a possible Glossary, References and Bibliography, and you will need to write the report in English. ## Platform 1) The report will need to be in Word format for Windows XP, and the Appendices in Word Format or/and Acrobat Reader. ## Deadline information I would like to receive bids from coders with economics backround, or coders that feel comfortable completing the report on time and accurate.
