Create PHP front-end to Windows CLI application (Visual CUT)

Description: *Visual CUT is a windows application for the management of Crystal Reports. *This must be built in PHP for IIS. *PHP4/PHP5 at your option, but must be a regular compile. *Assume deployment into a low-cost hosted VPS. Do not worry about authentication or user accounts or permissions. This code would be integrated into our internal PHP dashboard. This project needs to: 1) Provide a web interface into all the command line options available in Visual CUT. 2) This means at least two PHP files: a) One that configures the basics such as paths and email address. b) One that allows user input and then runs and results the application. c) User options can be stored in a database or .inc file, your choice. Do not worry about authentication or user accounts or permissions. This code would be integrated into our internal PHP dashboard, which would handle this. For testing purposes, we would accept .htaccess protection in your own server. If you require a sample .rpt or anything else to be able to accomplish your tasks please let us know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
