Create executable from excel spreadsheet

I have an excel spreadsheet (around 2Mb in size) which contains excel formulas, marcos and conditional formatting. The spreadsheet also links to 2 other excel spreadsheets which are approx 0.5Mb in size but contain no formulas (i.e. linked data files). I wish to create an executable file (or alternative) of the larger spreadsheet so that i can securely distribute it and safeguard against unauthorised copying, plus it needs to look proffesional. The 2 data files sit in the same directory as the main spreadsheet, however in the future these may reside on my website. So if the solution can deal with this then it would be a bonus. It is very important that whatever solution is adopted can be easily updated since enhancements are highly likely, for this reason i originaly thought that converting the spreadsheet to an access database would be the best solution (this is ok if it meets the requirments). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a)executable file that retains all the functions of the original spreadsheet including the basic layout and working formulas. b) The program must be able to run without the requirment of any addtional software packages needing to be installed (e.g. without MS excel) c) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Most windows environments (i.e windows 98, 2000, ME XP and Vista)
