Custom php website

**PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PDF for details** I currently have a website [[login to view URL]][1] which all the content is hand done. I would like to be able to have an admin panel where I am able to add tutorials, change the template, add music, videos and everything else. Where I have a WYSIWYG editor for the tutorials and they automatically appear in the category listing. I am able to add music, video and tutorial categories and they appear in the navigation. I am interested of changing the template too, so if you have a quick mock-up design or logo mock up suggestion that you could design for a low price and intergrate all the content into the database. It should all be php and mySql database. The invision forum also needs tuning up to look more like the site design, but thats not crucial. If you are able to give a seperate quote for a custom forum too, that would be great. All of the controls for the website should all be in an admin panel which should look nice and be easy to do things in it eg: looking after the mailing list, adding and deleting content, changing the template, adding music and categories and a whole heap more. If you look at the current site ([[login to view URL]][1]) It needs some changes on how it operates with the music, videos and design. Our website makes NO profit at all, we spend money and get none back. It would be great if you can consider this in the price. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
