Database structure update script

I have an application that uses an Access database. My problem is that the application and database has been updated substantially since it's first and only release. What I am looking for is information on how I might update the old data in the old database to the new database structure? I could program this, but this is rediculously complicated because of all the relationships involved. So I would be looking for a tool or something I could include with the application that I could use to pull out all of the old data and place it in the new database structure. While the database structure has changed quite a bit, it is still basically the same save a couple of minor things. Table name and column name changes. It would be great if there was a free tool that I could set up the structure translation visually then just include a script and executable to have the data updated. Im not talking about a massive database, but one around 30 tables. If you have done something like this, could you tell me how it worked, and any issues involved and approximate price.
