Delphi app requires fixing and additions

I have the source code in Delphi for an app which was written for me some time ago. The app screen scrapes a couple of betting sites (Betfair and Ladbrokes) and collates some of the data in a more managable form. The links to Betfair and Lads have changed and so the app is broken. I need it to be fixed so it works again and I'd also like to add another feature which shouldn't present too much of an issue. Ideally the coder will have a good working knowledge of betting sites and ideally will already have coded a Betfair app.
