I am looking for a browser-based screencast recorder that allows users to record screencasts and converts these screencasts into MP4 or any other compressed video format.

You can look at [url removed, login to view] as an example what the solution should look like. I suppose this can be implemented with Java Technology but also with Adobe AIR.

In the best case you are a developer that has already experience with that, so please let me know in your bid what you have done in this field and how you would implement this solution.
