Adventure Tourism Company Website Design and Development

I am just starting an adventure tourism company and I am looking to develop a simple, organized, elegant, and easily customizable website where I will add all the content. I will add all the content myself, I just need the theme to be designed on wordpress. I want my header to look similar to the one on this site: [login to view URL] except I want no navigation up top. I want the header to have my logo, name, tagline, contact number up top, with an image slideshow header below and the navbar below that. I then want my main site to function like this one: [login to view URL] So I will have the main pages on the navbar. Each main page will have its own sidebar with subpages like on the galakiwi site, but below each individual sidebar I want a standard sidebar that will be on every page, also like on the galakiwi site except I want the universal sidebar on the left as well, not the right. The tours page will have the subpages for each tour I offer, but that is the one main page for which I would like another subpage as well that then connects to the specific tour itinerary, like on this page: [login to view URL] I want the look of the sidebar to be similar to this site: [login to view URL] in that I want it to be in organized boxes for each section of the sidebar. I also want it to be on wordpress so I can add individual subpages to each main page that will then add a link on each sidebar as well. Finally, I want the footer to look like similar to the one on [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Thank you
