Buddypress Match Making Plugin -- 2

I am looking for someone to develop a Buddypress Match Making Plugin. It should do the following: Match users based on a hidden rating field on the profiles, only seen by the admin and the admin will do the rating from 1-9 Plugin should match two users based on the score from the hidden value which has values 1-9 and the score should be +2 or -2, for example if user A has a score of 5, they should be matched to a user with a score of 3 or 7. The users should receive a match every two days, for example: On Monday, Wednesday & Friday. (No weekends) and also the user only receives the match once not twice. The users should get email notications on the days above if they have a match only. Limited budget Thanks
