Buddypress Theme for Sentimental Calligraphy

Hi, I have a Blog/Website "Sentimental Calligraphy" ([login to view URL]). It has the following features: - All Registered Users can submit posts, once moderated it will be published. - Social Networking, Profile, Friends, Activity, Forums, Groups. What I need: - I need a custom theme, customized for my site. - I need a custom home page, encouraging people to register and post, highlighting certain latest and popular posts, highlighting the social networking features. - I need improved social networking features, I mean the layout, the way users can upload images, create there profiles, view activities across site across there friend lists. - A user custom home page as the user logs in showing activity streams, his profile details and encouraging him to write a new post. - Improved profile page - Improved Navigation options. - Improved New Post Layout. I was pretty Impressed by the Huddle theme however, I need the option to display my ads even on the home page and I need it cutom made. Basically I want it to look more like a complete website than just a Wordpress blog.
