Buddypress work- menu and filters

Hi I need assistants with my buddypress project Task 1: top menu (remove menu [login to view URL]) on bp removed and applied as a page - I used BuddyPress Menu Shortcode but it needs to look like the original page. Image menu [login to view URL] is the short code , image menu a.jpg. is the regular menu. I want to be able to have this page (menu [login to view URL]) in the main nav. Task 2: create search meta filters - I installed WordPress Meta Data and Taxonomies Filter Task 3: automatically add to group based on user xprofile meta fields - I have installed BP Groups Suggestions Task 4: recommend friends based on xprofile meta fields - I installed BuddyPress Friends suggestions Widget Communication is very important to me. Time is important to me.
