CSS changes to a Wordpress Theme (some complicated)

Hi There, I need to following changes made to a wordpress website. Please message me for more details. Menu - can this be title case- i.e Caps and Lowercase: Home / About / with a little less space after and before the /s. - can the menu be 14px and 400 weight Museo 100? Currently it's set at 12 px and weight 700 Museo 100.***I'm not sure what is going on with the font here, and it may be a clash between the new and old coding. Or It could be because I am using Fount to check the weights online. Essentially the font should change but the weight should always be 100. But it seems to be 400. So Museo 500 - gives you the 500 weight...but it seems to be doing something different so I've tried to work with that so you have to change less. Hope that makes sense. Or if is doesn¹t just change the Museo bit I wanted, ignore the weight for now and we can see if that fixes it. - the menu doesn't stick to the top anymore - but disappears when you scroll. Can you put that back? - The menu actually fully disappears at one point as you go down in size (midway) and then reappears. The copyright info actually disappears too? - Around about where a smartphone sees it - the logo icon goes off the left of the screen. - can it be 'fire and flux' - removing the capital L, and increased to 20px? Can you remove Legal and Gallery from the front page? Headings - Museo 700 at weight 700 is quite heavy - can you change all the headings to Museo 500, weight 400 or 500? About -Can the coloured image gallery be even closer to the edge? There are space on both the left and right that ideally would be the same as the grey space at the top. - The box doesn't scale down well, just crops out most of the info? The navigation also disappears mid way on this page. The text inside the box needs to scale down for mobile browsers - I like how the box works at the bigger screen size - can you change the Museo 700 weight 700 heading to Museo 500 weight 500? Work _ the sub categories are up in the white nav bit now, can that be moved back into the grey?* I'm not sure if this is because the size of the white nav has expanded quite a bit. It doesn't need so much room. If the Privacy & Cookies tab was moved somewhere else - the logo could sit a little higher (maybe 5 px) and it only needs around 30 px under the logo and it looks like there might be 60 px now. That might help sort that positioning? News - same issue as above, the sub categories are now up in the white nav bit and should be in the grey bit.
