Classified directory

Site will aim to be a more friendly/social classified site that will focus on colleges/universities. Students can post listings in various categories by college and make it easily searchable. Each college will have its own microsite/whitelabel. Ads will last for 15 days. Will sell ads on page and need to be able to integrate adwords or other ad program that allows me to see banner ads and side bar ads, upload my own ads and/or paste html from ads I want to post. Should allow people to by space and uplaod ad and make payment via paypal. Classified ads will have a pay option to be featured on the home page for that school. Should be built on wordpress 1) Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work paid for. All paid for deliverables will be considered 'work made for hire' under U.S. Copyright law. 1b) No part of the deliverable may contain any [copyright restricted 3rd party components][1] (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's 'Worker Legal Agreement'.
