Hi, From the email you got from the host company, it looks like the site is consuming too much CPU time (hammering the server) due to bad scripts or due to unwanted redirects or any intentional operation that is CPU sensitive. We need to analyze the site to get root cause of the problem either by offline source code navigation or by duplicating the site to local machine. But this can be solved easily. As you have mentioned it is wordpress site, most of the time such issues comes due to plugins code. Thanks!
