Create a Wordpress Template

Hello there,

I have this website (in French) that's in development and due to my developer's tight schedule, I need the help of a freelancer to get the rest done. The coding is mostly in English so it's not going to be a problem to pick up where it was left off.

Here's a break down of the task that need to be completed:

- Header: header image and menu with CSS hover effect + search. (might be alternating header image)

- Footer: in 3 rows, links (secondary menu), social media and the copyright line.

- Main page (A Propos): built as a page template in wp

has a secondary 4 button menu with javascripted sorting and ordering of isotope elements. The elements are basically CSS styled DIVs that are visible or hidden depending on the button pressed, that can repeat (between buttons) and that need to be sorted in specific order.

The DIVs come in 4 shapes, a square, double height (+margin), double width (+margin) and double height and width (+margins)

Some will have effects on them, I can/will enumerate the effects on the individual elements in detail at a later stage but will give a short list of desired effects.

I don't necessarily want to overload the page with JS so some effects can be achieved with CSS and I'd rather that unless not possible.

- sliding text using sprites (images provided)

- on hover displays a "+" for more or doubling

- greyscale to color (or inverse) effect.

- some boxes that will double might have different content (not sure if that will be a problem)

- to be confirmed if more effects are needed

2nd page (Services) this is to be created from an InDesign layout as a wp page template. It's static in nature and contains floating text content over a background image.

3rd page (Nouvelles) this is the blog page, will contain the posts/articles based on a custom post template.

4th and final page is a contact page, just to be customized (CSS styling) as per provided design.

Everything is ready to be done, all images will be provided and an annotated pdf is available will all the details. The job should be ready by the 2nd of January at the latest.

N.B. Bids over 200 will not even be considered.

This project is not as it is entitled, the template itself already exists. It is a child theme of Twenty Fourteen. Basically, it's customization/styling to be mainly done using CSS.
