Create multilanguage WP blog wuth automatic translations

I would like first to have a multilingual WP blog using one of the already available plugins. As this is easy I do no consider it as a payable activity. Your job is to create additional functionality which will translate every new post using automatic translation from a FREE translational language and incorporate it as a translation of the original post within the functionality already available in the multilingual plugin. I leave to you the choice of this multilingual plugin, but it must be one of the most popular ones.
