Custom Wordpress Theme Edits / PHP

I am using this theme: [login to view URL] and I need 3 minor edits made to it. First of all, with the normal blog page (set to Mid-width style) only Image Posts have a featured image beside them, whereas Standard Posts only have text displayed. The other posts are ether image,video or quote) ***I want this edited so that the blog page displays a featured image next to Standard Posts as well.*** Secondly, they have a shortcode to insert a mini blog archive on any page you want. The shortcode I'm referring to is called "Blog List". See here: [login to view URL] ***I want two edits made to this shortcode.*** 1) When set to related (under the show_type parameter), it displays related posts in the order of newest to oldest. I want it to display related posts in a random order. 2) You can choose which category id for it to find related posts, but I want the option to set it by tag as well, so that any posts with a matching tag are shown. I will provide the theme for you to make the edits. You'll need to do the testing/editing on your own server, and then provide me only the files that were modified and instruct on where I would need to upload them.
