Custom Wordpress Theme for a Photographer

Hi there, I need a custom Wordpress theme developed. It's something that I will own. It's for a photographer. This will be for a client, so I will need you to sign an NDA. Here is the layout that the client would like to have: Homepage - It will have 6 squares on the right side (maybe taking up half of page); each square will be a button that links to a webpage on the site. The client will be able to easily change the image in each square simply by uploading a new image to that plugin, or however you set that up. Interior pages - each page (not all, but most) will display a photo gallery in thumbnail format (a little larger than your typical thumbnail, actually), and when the visitor clicks on the photo, their screen will go black, and they will view the picture they clicked on in full screen mode. The client would like to have these photos in 300 DPI format. While in full screen mode, the visitor can advance to the next picture, or go back to the previous picture while staying in full screen mode. However, it can't be in Flash like the above site because the client would like the site to be viewed in iOS as well as desktop OS's. They would like it set up so that it's very easy to add photos to the galleries. Very easy. One more thing...not right away, but a few months down the line, the client will want to add a video, which will be a commercial for their business, that will be featured on their homepage much like this site: [login to view URL] (this video is a bit racy, as it is for a lingerie website) If you have any questions about this project, or you need anything clarified, let me know.
