Custom translate plugin needed for wordpress 3.0

I need a custom translator plugin done for wordpress. It needs to be a combination of the following 2 plugins: bens-translator and transposh-translation-filter-for-wordpress It needs to have all the google auto translated capabilities and auto caching of bens-translator. It also needs to have the page/post protection capabilities of bens-translator. This needs to be combined with the human translation functionality of Transposh.
