Customize Call Now Button plugin to appear only on homepage

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I am using the Call Now Button plugin [login to view URL] This plugin places a Call Now button to the bottom right corner of the screen which is only visible for mobile visitors. The text and display of the plugin was customized by a programmer in the past to my request. I want the button to appear only on the homepage. I don't want it to appear any other place on the site. Work shall be done on a test site, and when successful on a live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
