Customize Group Buying Site Functionality

I have Group Buying Site installed on my Wordpress. I unfortunately started making changes to the main theme, so first of all I need a child theme created that mirrors all the customization I've already done. Then I need the following capabilities added to my website. In the backend: - Ability to make a deal "featured" - Custom landing page layout. I want the landing page to be all of the deals displayed in a grid (see example photo attached) with the featured deal at the top. - Multiple product images in each deal. I need the thumbnails to be positioned horizontal and appear directly under the featured image on the deal page. Individual merchants should be able to upload these themselves on the deal page. - Shipping adjustments based on item. In each deal, I need to be able to set a flat rate shipping cost for the first item and a separate shipping cost for additional items. - Fix product attributes. They can be set in the backend but do not appear in the front end. This needs to be fixed. - Change "unavailable" text on expired deals to "You missed it!" - Remove voucher system completely as we will not be selling vouchers at all. Please do not just apply with a copy and paste response that you're interested. I would like to be confident that you can complete this project in a timely manner. Since someone could buy a completely customized wordpress design for less than $300, I believe that these minor customization to the coding of an already setup site should cost no more than $150.
