Customize Woocommerce/Dokan Theme for multiple commission options for products

This project will entail customizing the Dokan marketplace application theme to allow sellers to be able to select whether a product is being exclusively sold on our site or non-exclusively sold (sold on other sites also). I would like to be able to set an exclusive and non-exclusive commission store-wide, but also have the ability to override on a product specific basis. Features needed: 1. Allow seller to select exclusive or non-exclusive product on Dokan Add Product page. This could be a menu or radio button. An exclusive product would have a better commission percentage than a non-exclusive product. 2, Allow website owner to set commission percentage for both exclusive and non-exclusive items in Dokan setting in Admin section. This would be two separate fields. This commission percentage would apply store-wide to all products. 3. Allow for overriding of the store-wide percentages (exclusive and non-exclusive) on each individual product by adding an additional commission percentage field to Products in the WordPress Admin section. Environment Details: Wordpress Woocommerce Dokan marketplace application theme by WeDevs Dokan Marketplace Application Theme Details: The application already allows for one store-wide commission. This feature will need to be enhanced to allow for two store-wide commissions and the additional product override commission.
