Develop automated plugin for WP (grab data from blogs, then post)

I need help to develop a plugin for WP! Our customers site ([login to view URL]) markets 7 different blogs. Each blog is presented with a picture, header and first 95 carecters of an individual blogpost. I need a WP plugin that automatically grabs the latest blogposting on each individual blog and updates it on [login to view URL] If no picture is avail for a new blogpost, a selected picture (keept on [login to view URL]) should be used. The plugin needs to format all pics to the same size & format. The plugin should check for updates (and update) all 7 "blogwindows" every time some one visits nordly.se. When a visitor clicks on "Läs mer »"he shall be sent to that individual blog and blogpost. Please note that no plogposts/no history is kept on [login to view URL] - only the latest blogpost is displayed as noted above. I want the plugin as a separate feature/plugin on the WP admin panel!
