Ave php/sql/javascript work - mortgage prequal, lots of math

Task is to allow these sections to pop open/closed using php, not javascript (or the page gets too heavy). Enclosed is a full page, I have another that is totally commented e.g. the math for each section. The javascript for this was already done, but was sooo heavy it was killing the page - so we need to pare down and only show one section at a time. that allows more computation to be done via php vs. javascript.
