Basic Web Design with invite functionality

The purpose of the website is to serve as a tool to organize what is called a 6 degree of separation party. Six degrees of separation refers to the idea that, if a person is one step away from each person they know and two steps away from each person who is known by one of the people they know, then everyone is an average of six "steps" away from each person on Earth. The party is an actual party which takes place at a bar or lounge. The website is to facilitate the invitations. The workflow of the party will function as following: The host invites five people. Those five people each invite four friends, who in turn, each invite three friends each. Those three friends are asked to invite two friends each and those friends are asked to invite each one friend to come to this party, at a set time and place. If all attend, this means there will be 326 people all of whom are connected to each other in someway, at the same place and time. The main functionality of the website is to be used as a tool to invite people and track both responses and connections. Example workflow: Host invites five people through website by entering their email address, ammedning a prefilled text box with invitation and relevant party information, explantion of party, and clicking send. Guest receives invite in email box. They are asked to RSVP as well as to invite guests of their own, by same workflow as above. They will be asked to upload picture of themselves as well. Repeat process until all 326 people are invited and confirmed. Guests who have not RSVPd are sent reminder emails, as well as the to the people who invited them, encouraging them to RSVP After a certain time of no RSVP, or if a guest declines an invitation, the person who invited them must be notified by email so they can invite another person. Ability for host to message ALL guests, not just the ones he/she invited. Output: when everyone has agreed to come to the party ??" a chart displaying all the connections between guests should be available on the site, using pictures and names. ## Deliverables The webpage needs to be easily navigable and trendy looking. In addition to functionality, I imagine to be maybe one or two sub pages such as about us and contact us. Users should NOT have to create accounts to use this. The only account necessary is the one HOST who should be able to log in to check progress of all the outstanding invites and send emails through the website. Also, there is opportunity for further work at completion of this project.
