Looking to develop a rich featured portal with the following main characteristics:

0) The system's goal is to make it easy to administer and market several companies or subsidiaries in one full-fledged but easy-to use "Mall".

1) Main site and Main admin function on main domain [login to view URL]

The main admin can hand out rights to subdomain admins.

He can see everything but subdomain admins can only hand out rights and control functionality etc. for his subdomain level.

3) CRM and order system separately for each subdomain, but all data can be handled by admin who can report all subdomain sales and purchases in ONE interface.

4) Possible Community functionality, common advertising etc.

5) Common main design, but separate designs for pages on each department in the subdomains.

6) Simple linking between articles/news/warehouse content etc and menus and misc. functionalty.

5) CSS expertise to form a frames-like site using css.

6) Ability to accept drag-and drop of images from the desktop or any windows app (file is automatically saved on webserver disk and inserted in the page where draggegd and droped to).
