Calendar web application

We require the development of a calendar web application similar to : <[login to view URL]> This calendar will be used within our organization to schedule and manage projects, meetings and a variety of other events. The application must include every feature available in the calendar linked above. The calendar must be written in perl 5.1 and will use a clustered mySQL back-end. No other programming languages or databases will be accepted. The application will run on a linux (Fedora Core) server running Apache 2. You may use any third party Perl module available on CPAN; however, each module must be approved by us first. Before bidding, please take time to explore the provided example and all functions / features available. Compile a list of every function and feature identified and include it in your bid. Your task will be to develop the calendar application and include every feature listed in your original bid. The application must be compatible with all recent browsers, including IE7+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. The application must also include a mobile version with a reduced interface suitable for browsing on an Android, Apple or other smartphone. The application must make use of AJAX to provide a smooth and seamless interface. For shared events (eg company-wide calendar events), actions carried out on one browser must appear on any other browser currently viewing the calendar. You will also be responsible for the visual design of the application. All artwork must be original work. We will assume all copyrights of both the graphics design, and software code (including HTML).
