Need a website developed that will function identically to sites such as ebizautos, auction123, ecarlist. The admin user interaface needs to be rich and appealing. Functionality includes uploading images, automotic vin decoder, slideshow, submit feed to ebay, craigslist, autotrader, cars, RSS feeds, email management (central leads repository emails from various sites attached to vehicle), vehicle window sticker and buyers guide printed and complete paperwork (includes ability to align pre-printed dot matrix documents). Anyone who has experience with these sites and or functionality is invited to bid, if this is a new area please don't bid as I don't have the time nor the resources to walk you through each functional area.

One thing, as you said you wont be elaborating on every feature, so you would like me to identify them myself and work on them? How would I know what exactly you need?
