CS Cart Stock Management Customisation

I require the services of an experienced CS- Cart programmer to build an XML interface between our retail store stock management system and our CS Cart online store to manage the online stock availability levels. Further customization might be required in time Extensive notes provided by the Stock Management Software supplier (attached) Stock generally moves slowly rather than fast. A few sales on any one item in a day would be the maximum expected as this is a boutique operation/ The system would need to maintain a near to real time level of stock availability. .
