Change XHTML to PHP + Add CMS For Small Scale Business Listing Site

This project is for a small scale small business listing website. I require the following things: * Change my XHTML (good code) template into PHP * Add content management system for admin to: - Change page contents - Manage users who sign up - Manage business listings * Users can create new account, and post a business listing, and edit business listing. * Possibly make some small modifications to the template e.g. add in a drop-down menu, or moving an element a bit to the right. Feel of website is slick, business. I will provide the template, and all other pages should require no further design work from you. I just want the database functionalities. Thank you very much! ## Deliverables **Inside the business listing**, would be: *Short about business *Price specials *Google Map *Some other info like contact number etc. I am after a very clear and easy to use CMS for the website. Any suggestions or pre-built examples you could show me would be appreciated. The XHTML template is purchased template.
