I have found a web application which is exactly what I was going to develop for my thesis. It consists of a sequencer (similar to GarageBand) written in AS3 and a small social network in PHP and mySQL, where you can share and edit projects with your contacts. These options are clearly visible if you register in the web, it is the best way to explain it. Time is not an issue if it is developed within three months as maximum. I would like to know how much would you ask for the separate modules (the sequencer and the social network). My budget is not excessive, as I am a student. Looking forward to hearing from you.
