Clone this simple PHP script

Hi. This is a simple task :) I have no PHP experience so I have created a script using the RadPHP GUI/framework (see below). It has three problems: 1) it takes too much to load 2) it doesn't work well on all browsers 3) the scroll bar does not appear if I resize (make it small) browser's window You need to make a perfect clone of my script in PHP and to overcome these problems.
