Complete website from online draft. XHTML 1.1+PHP

NOTE : PROJECT IS XHTML 1.1 + PHP We need to hire a professional to help us with the development of a website for a small local company, manufacturer of a variety of vehicles for the construction and public works. We already have a draft running at: [login to view URL] which might help you measuring the work to be done. Ask me for the user and password to enter the website please. The draft has been already approved by the client, but we'd need to spiced it up a bit with some backgrounds, nicer borders around the boxes,... I leave that for your creativity. Keep in mind that this is, and will be, an XHTML 1.1 valid website. Some simple PHP programming has been done already for the integration of multiple languages and we'll need some more php coding for a private client's area for downloadables. I would provide the winner with all the material from the client (pictures, texts, pdfs) via ftp. Texts will be in Spanish and English.
