Overview The site will allow companies to pay incentive points to consumers based on their fulfiillment of certain challenges requiring actions or the achievement of goals described by the sponsoring company. Major functionality (more detail later): Consumers: Summary, customizable home page with sub-pages of different types of views & metrics New user registration and form validation Login and role-based functionality access (e.g. “free??, “basic??, “premium?? members) Customized database driven home page with all current incentive programs and various types of status Join and track progress in an incentive program Create, join and track groups of people Participate in topic-oriented forums Two web-based calculators Companies: New company registration and form validation Creation/editing of an incentive challenge Tracking of consumer performance in challenges Credit card payment for incentive points to award consumers 3rd Party Partners New partner registration and form validation Description of partner program Advertisers* Creation and serving of targeted ads* Tracking of ad views & conversions* Email Emailing of passwords and login info Emailing of invitations by companies (sent to consumers) to join a new challenge Rewards Management Rewards point assignment to products purchased and/or actions completed Earning of rewards points by consumers for products purchased and/or actions completed Consumer view catalog of rewards by $ value Consumer redemption of rewards* Tracking of redemption (email notification, order status)* *Except for items marked with an asterisk, all other features/functionality must be completed and tested within 4 weeks from award. Note: 1) Bidders MUST have experience building large, complex dynamic database driven sites; please provide at least 3 examples, 2) Specify your preferred development environment and tools (i.e. .NET, jsp, mySQL, SQL Server, etc.), 3) Indicate experience with AJAX or similar technologies
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
