Create a PHP Ecommerce Website

I need a PHP website created to do the following: 1) User Login/Logout functionality. 2) Allow users to prepay their accounts via PayPal. 3) Allow users to manage 'Jobs'. 4) Website to use a MySQL database. Forms which will need to be created: 1) Public Homepage (including login section). 2) Private Members Homepage (user logged in). 3) Account information (edit/prepay account, etc.) 4) Manage Job Types form. 5) Manage Job Descriptions form. 6) Submit Job form. 7) Cancel/Manage submitted Jobs. 8) Review completed Jobs (inc. accept/reject jobs). 9) Training (integrated Camtasia videos) section. There is no actual processing involved. All the website needs to do is access (read/write) to a MySQL database and display the results. A separate backend process will be doing all the work and is outside the scope of this job. The website PHP code must be well structured and thoroughly documented. I also will need a Header logo and footer logo designed for the site. Details of services and website URL will be disclosed via private messages. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux (Apache)
