Create XML feed with PHP, MYSQL, XML

Greetings! Need a XML feed created using PHP and MYSQL. The specs (I will simplify and shorten the XML, I attached a preliminary template with example data): [login to view URL] The XML feed will reside at: [login to view URL] The feed is updated by making queries to our MYSQL database. I'll give you access to DB and anything else you need. The XML must validate. There will be some conditionals and error-correction, data normalizing (example: stripping non-number characters from price) So I can get an idea of your knowledge, when replying, please give me a short overview of what you will do and what you will need from me.
